MARGATRON CIC is establishing a flagship for community revitalisation within Thanet. Our vision is to build a £1.21M Innovate UK-backed, Net-Zero R&D tech campus that breathes new life into the region, combining high-speed electric karting with social purpose.

At the core of our concourse lies the 3D-printed Marga-Rock Kinetic Floor. This isn't just a walkway; it’s a community-powered engine generating piezoelectric energy from every visitor's step. By integrating green energy via Zodiac Holdings and circular economy recycling with WezLee Logistics, we are creating a unified ecosystem where leisure and innovation live under one roof.

Learning & Education

Our Educational Hub serves local KS1-4 STEM students through hands-on engineering learning programmes. The facility functions as a living laboratory where students engage with the core physics of MARGATRON—from aerodynamic shell design to real-time kinetic energy harvesting via our Marga-Rock panels.

By collaborating with local educational partners, we provide a direct vocational pathway into the green-tech sector, allowing students to apply classroom theory to high-performance electric vehicle maintenance and R&D within a professional Net-Zero environment.

Health & Wellbeing Sanctuary

Our top-level Sanctuary is a dedicated space for Cancer Research UK. This core pillar of our mission is powered entirely by the energy harvested from the racing arena below. It provides a peaceful, acoustically shielded environment for wellness and research support, fuelled by our sustainable "Soda Pass" HVAC systems and the community's own kinetic energy.
